Delivery Policy

We will be stopping home deliveries on Friday 26th June.

The last date to place orders is Wednesday 24th June.

 

During the current COVID-19 crisis, please note that we will only be delivering to locations within a 15-mile radius of our nursery at GU3 3HB.

Please check your postcode on Google Maps before placing your order. We will cancel orders that are too far away. If you unsure about your eligibility, please email us and we will confirm if delivery is possible.

**Minimum order value of £20 excluding delivery**

A delivery charge will be applied to all orders and we aim to deliver all orders within 1-5 working days. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays.

We have reviewed our delivery fees and your delivery charge will now vary depending on your total spend. This is because our drivers are self-employed and are paid per order that they deliver. We are getting some very big orders (thank you!) but this means that our drivers can fit less loads in their vehicles and are not getting a fair fee for their time.

Delivery fees are now as follows:

Orders up to £150 - £7

£150-£250 - £12

£250-£350 - £17

£350 and over - £22

Our stock is constantly changing. In the event that a plant you have ordered is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar item wherever possible.

Refund Policy

In the event that a plant you have ordered is unavailable, we will send a suitable substitution. If there is no suitable substitution, you will receive a refund. This will be noted on the order slip that arrives with your plants.
 

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the plants you receive, please contact us within one week of receiving your order.

If you have received a plant that is in poor condition, please contact us immediately and include a photograph so that we can determine the cause of the problem. It is important that your photograph shows us the condition of the plant when it was delivered and not days or weeks later! We will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.
 

Please note that we will not refund or exchange plants that are damaged or receive improper care in the days after delivery, including frost damage.
