Can you deliver to me?

We are currently delivering to addresses within 15 miles of our nursery located at GU3 3HB. Please use the map below as a guide; postcodes in green are definitely within our delivery radius.

 

Please check your postcode on Google Maps before placing your order. Orders beyond our delivery radius will be cancelled. If you are unsure about your eligibility, please email us and we will confirm if delivery is possible.

I'm over the 15 mile cut-off, can you make an exception?

No, we're really sorry! We do not have the capacity to deliver further afield. However, Longacres in Bagshot and Henry Street near Reading are also selling our bedding plants via their online shops and offering home delivery.

 

 

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to make amendments once orders have been placed. Please make sure that you have everything you want in your cart before checking out. Don't forget that we sell compost and pots!

How can I leave specific delivery instructions?

There is a comment box on the cart page. Please write any specific delivery instructions in there prior to completing your order. 

Can I delay my delivery / order in advance?

Unfortunately we are unable to take advance orders (e.g. for delivery in a few weeks time) as our stock is constantly changing and we do not have the capacity to keep orders to one side. Please only place an order if you are prepared for your plants to be delivered within 1-5 working days.

Will my plants need frost protection?

Please be aware that some of our plants are frost tender and will require extra measures to prevent them dying. This could be achieved through covering plants or bringing them inside overnight. Please note that we will not issue refunds for plants that are frost damaged after delivery.

 

Are you open to the public?

 

Unfortunately not. We are a wholesale business who have never been open to the public! Regrettably we just don't have the space or staff to safely allow customers to visit the site or collect orders. We are only able to offer home delivery.

I ordered a specific plant from you last year but can't find it on your website now. Will you be getting more stock?

 

Last year our home delivery service started at the end of March, so it is currently too early for many of the plants you may have purchased from us last Spring. As the growing season progresses, we will continue to update the website with new plants as they become ready for sale. We update our website daily so please keep checking or feel free to email us and we should be able to let you know if or when specific plants will be available.

Is VAT added at checkout?

All of the prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT, but your order confirmation may show tax separately. Rest assured there are no hidden costs! Please note that fruit and vegetable plants are VAT-exempt.
